The most common foundation type for Bay Area homes and additions. We excavate, grade, set forms, place rebar, and pour a reinforced slab engineered for your soil conditions and load requirements. Properly done, a slab-on-grade foundation lasts the life of the structure.
T-Shaped & Stem Wall Footings
T-shaped footings and stem walls are required when building on sloped lots or where frost depth or soil conditions demand deeper bearing. We handle the layout, forming, steel placement, and pour to meet structural and code requirements — and coordinate inspections at every required stage.
ADU & Garage Slabs
Accessory dwelling units and garage conversions are booming across the Peninsula. We pour ADU slabs and garage foundations that meet current building codes, with proper vapor barriers, reinforcement, and finish tolerances for the structures going on top.
Isolated Footings & Piers
Deck footings, post piers, fence post footings, and column bases — we dig and pour isolated footings to the depth and diameter your project requires. Small job or large, we get it right the first time.
